GDS series machine is a kind of smaller type liquid filling and sealing machine, it's suitable for small batch filling in pharmaceutical, pesticide, cosmetic, nutrition etc. field, it's widely used for filling oral liquid, olive oil,perfume, liquid health care product etc.

This machine is applicable to pack liquids,such ad drug solutions, beverage, milk products, health care products, foods, cosmetics, perfume, pesticides, jam and so on.

This is a new launched model, with the special features of easy to be transported. The packing material unwinding part can be separated from the machine main part, and the machine main part is also shorter than the model GDS-240P5. So it is easy to be moved when transportation or place changed. And because the size is smaller than the old model, room saved. 

It can finish the following working process including the following:

Packing film unwinding--folding--container forming--filling--sealing--final product output. We can also add the extra printing and letter or logo engraving function on the machine.

Main Features

1. The machine adopts PLC control and stepless altering frequency adjustment.

2. The machine adopt the human-machine interface operation, operation is easy and simple .
3. The filling head has no leak through, not appear foam and overflow. 
4. The contact parts with the filled liquid adopt SUS316L, conforms to the GMP standard.
5. The main pneumatic component and electric parts adopt well-known brand products. 
6.Filling system adopts mechanical pump, measuring is precisely and the difference is small.
