This is a new product developed by our company to meet the market demands of users. It is mainly used for glass and plastic bottles such as round, square or special-shaped bottles & Jar & Tube & XiLin & Ampoule & Vial ,etc. By introducing advanced foreign technologies, this machine is economical, practical and occupies a small area. Specification

1.Intuitive equipment operation: Torque setting, capping speed setting, equipment production speed, fault display, completed workload, etc. are directly displayed on the operation panel. The equipment working parameters can be adjusted directly on the panel. The operating table is equipped with a plexiglass door, and the overall open design of the equipment allows the operator to conveniently observe the operation of the test equipment at any time.
2. Easy-adjustable structure: This machine can directly complete the filling and capping of eye drops and essential oil bottles, lotion bottles, cosmetic water bottles, iodine, wind oil, tincture and other products. The production speed, the capping speed and the capping torque can be adjusted on the touch screen according to actual needs.
3. The machine is compact and can be used up to 0.5s from filling to lower cover.
a) The filling process of the machine and the contact materials of the medicine are made of high quality stainless steel material and special silicone tube.
b) The filling assembly is easy to disassemble and easy to clean, disinfect and sterilize
c) This machine adopts lifting and filling, and the injection nozzle can be inserted into the bottle to ensure effective injection.
d) Using the company's patented pre-rotation mechanism to greatly improve the success rate and efficiency of the cap
e) Adopting the servo motor cap, the screw cap speed and torque are more convenient to adjust directly in the man-machine interface.
f) With fault alarm, door open, mechanical overload automatic stop device
g) Precise control without bottle and no filling
4. The cap lifting mechanism adopts cam control and the structure is stable. The transmission mechanism is driven by eccentric cam, which has small sound and long life. 
5. Set the star plate overload protection on the main drive system to prevent mechanical failure caused by the card bottle and stop the inspection in time.

Operation Principle

Bottle Placement: automatically to place the containers into the mold.
Filling System: The paste quantitative filling method is adopted.
Inner Plug Insertion:automatically insert the inner plug/stopper into the bottle mouth.
Cylinder Plug Pressing: the cylinder automatically presses the inner plug into the bottle mouth.
Outer Cap Placement: automatic place the outer cap on the bottle mouth.
Torque Capping: The motor controls the torque and rotation speed to ensure that the cap is tightly screwed and the tightness is consistent.
Outer Cover Placement: After the outer cap is placed automatically, the cylinder presses the cover.
Product Output: Finally, the capped bottles are taken out of the mold by the manipulator and placed on the conveyor belt.
