GAC series machine is suitable for blister paper card package( half face sealing or full sealing ), such as daily commodity ( razor, rubber,nipple,sticky hook,toothbrush),small hardware (battery, electronics, glue), stationery (pencil,eraser, correction fluid, solid glue) and so on.
Working Principle
The production process is PVC heating---Blister forming---servo motor traction---blister cutting---scrap collection---blister grab to the rotary plate by manipulator--manual /automatic place the product--- paper card lay down ----blister and paper card sealing----product output
(Optional device: euro-hole machine, labelling machine,ink-jet printer)
