GPW/ZPW Series Automatic Rotary Powder Tablet Press Machine

This machine is a special food mechanical equipment for producingsoldiers and civil compressed biscuits.
 

The production process of the compressed biscuit comprises the following five parts:
1, biscuit baking; 2, powder beating; 3, material mixing; 4, pressing; and 5, packaging.

The biscuit compressor is the press forming equipment in the production process.
 

The machine is composed of mechanical structure, hydraulic system, electric drive and electronic control, and is equipped with stainless steel hopper, feeding track, etc.

Except for feeding, the equipment is operated by unmanned automatic operation.Multiple equipment can be connected by conveyor lines to form a unit for automatic operation. If equipped with an automatic feeding part, unmanned operation can be realized.
